Instead of just tying a knot in the plastic use a small roundish object such as a marble,small pebble,small round peice of plastic etc . place the marble on the plastic at the corner(or wherever you want to attach a line)then wrap the plastic around the Marble etc and tie the line just behind it. To give you an idea of what I mean -when you wrap the corner of the plastic around the Marble or Whatever it will look like you have wrapped a peice of candy. This will give you a better connection between the plastic and the cord,and it will be less likely to tear.once you tie the cord on you can just leave it tied for the next time. Erik
