Hi Paul, i had a sprinter doing the same thing and it turned out to be the bypass pipe on the outside of the rack, it had been pinched by someone jacking it up and squashed the pipe worth a look Also i got a 2nd hand rack from Dronsfields Mercedes for About £150 with 6mth warranty Hth Kev Gundry |
