That is straight from the manufacturers bulletin, I feel 'stretched' is a commonly used term that can be appreciated by the customer as is the term 'warped'. Maybe to satisfy the needs of pedants the term unserviceable could be employed?
To get pedantic about this seems a little pointless?? We could go on all day disputing terms used, why bother?
