Also had to recharge the hv battery after I killed it.
Little word of warning, the prius engine can appear to be running when it is not, mg1 spins the ice at 1200 rpm trying to fire up and doing so can kill the hv battery quickly.
Knowing this I won a bet with someone who did not believe me it can run without the coil packs connected. Also misfire diagnosis is awkward as on three cylinders it sounds like its on all four.
Dealers do not help, I had a recall and at the dealer they offered me prices on servicing, I told them I maintain it myself which they said was very risky and should be done by their dealer techs only. I was not best pleased when they cocked up the repair.
