When i lifted the bonnet hoses had wires had been cut as though someone had started the job for me but nevermind i carried on. Got the engine out & new 1 back in. From there i waited for the guy to supply his filters & fluids which turned into a 3 month wait.
Finally though it is now back together but there isn't fuel at all getting to the injectors.
What i've tried so far.
I've tried just turning it over to see if it would bleed itself
I've kept filling the filter & turning.
I've tried pulling diesel through the valve on the front of the engine.
I'll try just towing it later to see if that builds pressure but the problem is with the injector pipes cracked open there hasn't been a drop if diesel getting through yet.
Spraying some easystart into it whilst turning over it does fire atleast but it's only easystart it's burning.
I scanned it again for codes to see if anything has showed up that might be a problem. And i've got 2 undocumented codes b1440 & b3981, unsure if they'd be an immediate problem or not.
Really wish i hadn't taken the job on now.
If there are any saab specialists or anyone who's had this problem, any help atm would be greatly appreciated
