if yes ..... and you don't need the work, walk away from it , (the van should start just fine with 4 dead glow plugs.) the job could easily out strip the value of the van if the head has to come off.
there is a guy on here that specialises in injector removal etc but the broken drill bit ??
price it with a new cylinder head, with a timing chain, gaskets , head bolts, oil etc it might need new injectors it could come to a fair few quid.
and lastly if the customer is a DIY type / no money pain in the ass,, and with out lots of money to throw at it , it could become a head ache you don't need at the moment.
if it does not run, what else is wrong ??
