You need a 2 post ramp
Aircon will need de-gassing/re-gassing.
Brake hoses disconnecting/re-connect and bled.
Steering shaft to rack disconnecting.
Lights removing etc.
Fuel filler pipe
The multi connectors can be pain to disconnect.
If fitted with active stability anti roll bars check to see if the units are leaking as they may want them replacing whilst to body is off.
If normal anti roll its easier to replace "D" bushes now.
So to be on the super safe side I would do a scan of All systems first to make sure there are NO faults in any of the systems you are about to be disconnecting as you don't want to get into any "Its was all ok before" arguments

P.S Also check on condition of EGR valves as well.
I know they are ok to do on V6TDi, they are a bit tricky on the V8TDi.
