Green Bay drafted Aaron Rogers, but kept Bret Favre as starting QB for a few more years. When Farve left Green Bay, Rogers was more than ready to take his place, leading the Packers to a Super Bowl win, the best start they've ever had (13-0), and is a possible MVP.

What the Packers did with Rogers, the Colts should do with Luck. Plain and simple.
