An ice-coated limb, perhaps. Several nights ago I was searching through the channels and came upon a TV show about New York. At least I thought is was about the Big Apple from the title- Land Of The Giants.
I see that Eli made the cover of Sports Illustrated. It wasn't quite like Bret's trapped-in-a-snow-globe cover, but it was nice.
Anyway, I decided to read up on the two teams before I very unscientificly flipped a coin. The Giants haven't been in a Super Bowl since they lost to Baltimore in XXXV. Ten years earlier they beat Buffalo in XXV and they also beat Denver in XXI. New England lost to Da Bears in XX, and later, to the Packers in XXXI before beating the Rams in XXXVI, the Panthers, in XXXVIII, and the Eagles in XXXIX. So, who has the edge? I guess the edge was on the quarter I flipped- heads NYG, tails NE. When the coin stopped spinning on the kitchen table, there was The Father Of Our Country looking up at me. They say he was good with money, and once threw a coin across the Potomac. Of course, money went a lot farther in those days.
Heads up Angie.
