That is correct they are having a carnaval like stated with a dunk tank maybe.... then after the races trick or treating for the kids. Keep an eye on the mas message boardfor more details. I for one will be bring candy..... 
if they bring the dunk Hank is supose to take a turn in it.... I wonder who vollunteered him for that...
