Hi Antoinette,
TEAR is still very active. I do not know what letter you are refering to that was posted to the HorseAid website. I will have to go investigate or you can enlighten me. As for the website, I lost my website and am in the process of rebuilding it. My webhost went belly up and I had to find a new provider. Unfortunately I was only saving the pages to the webhost so lost everything. I do not know if I am the "Debbie" you are refering to or if you mean Debbie from Double D rescue which is no longer active. Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.
