just ran across your site while watching animalplanet today thought to stop by and congrates you.
we, me and my daughter started helping out at a barn http:www.doubledranch.biz not to far from our house and within one week this rescue, Shana Frost, came in to be fostered 3-04 from our local animal rescue http:www.happytrails.org She was such a mess. my daughter and i spent so much time on her that we bonded so easy and we couldnt let her go and adopted her on 5-15-04
there are pics of her at both places but i just cant believe the differences in her before and after shots at Double D.
i just love seeing horribly neglected horses change with simple efforts of love and attention
and just time spent with them.
Shana just turned 22 according to the jockey club and she acts like a 10 yr old now. what a great difference a helping hand can make.
thanks for the looksee and i'm sure we'll adopt more when the time is right again.
