OK. I bought my '76 a few months ago and it doesn't have the shoulder belts. It does have the lap belts. The retractors, which would be above and behind the front seats, are not there. I have the retractor covers but the mechanisms are missing. The color is blue. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer!
