I have a four year old student recently diagnosed with soft vocal nodules bilaterally. ENT recommendation: voice therapy. This child is not a vocal abuser. According to mom, this child has always sounded raspy. Allergies increase poor quality of voice. Aphonia at times and constant raspiness. Any ideas???? Thanks!!
