I know this is a super old thread, but just wanted to say that "Superflex" is awesome! You might also take a look at "I am a Social Detective", a book for Elementary Age kids, and "Think Social!", a curriculum planning tool, which are both also by Michelle Garcia Winner. All of her materials work well together.
Another star in the field of social skills for children is Scott Bellini. His book "Building Social Relationships" is amazing as well.
