Not specifically a speech language resource, but I recommend the Max and Ruby books by Rosemary Wells. Titles include Bunny Money, Max Cleans Up, Bunnycakes, Max's ABC's, Max's Dragon Shirt. Best for 4-5 year olds and good for inferencing and predicting and you could work problem solving in. Max and Ruby (sibling bunnies) always have competing agendas. Every child I have used these books with have loved them.
