I use the Practical Test of Articulation and Phonology. I don't like reporting percentile scores either because I don't think they're accurate in determining eligibility for speech. The PTAP takes 4 to 8 minutes to give. Super easy to give and analalyze! I use it for an assessment, RtI tool, and screener. It uses real pictures which the kids know. It uses all the phonemes in the words so the phoneme sample size is large. It tests all the phonemes including about 18 /r/ and /s/'s as well as a large numger of the 7 phonological processes. It has an oral motor exam, too.
