Take a look at the Practical Test of Articulation and Phonology (PTAP). It's a 4 to 8 minute screener/RtI tool/assessment that has a large sample size of phonemes as well as all the others. It tests about 17 /s/ and /r/ phonemes. Super easy to give and analyze. It's at www.ptaptest.com. It's all I use now!
