The CAAP (Clinical Assessment of Articulation and Phonology) is good. Wayne Secord is a big proponent of this assessment. I have been pleased with it, and like the phonological processes checklist that you can complete to identify the active processes. I just received Linguisystems new artic test and haven't had the chance to use it yet...but I'm eager to see if it's effective...
