Thanks. 'Online speech therapy' is a better generic search term than 'therapy by skype'. From that, I found many more resources.
I am also thinking that it might be better to try a person to person therapy by skype (although it is more expensive too0... some video / audio downloads (at least, here) are slow and are not effective in communicating the sounds that need to be practiced.
I also found speechtails.com .. that also looks very interesting.
