Just wondering what state you live in where you can have a speech assistant? I am in MI and as far as I know, they are not "legal" here. I am in the same situation as your assistant (Bachelors but no Masters). I have covered some maternity leaves for therapists and am covering an open position this coming school year until they fill the spot. I would love to be an assistant on a more permanent basis and our therapists could definitely use the help!! Are assistants becoming a reality again?
