I've got all of those! 50 Activities is good for general ideas, doesn't go into the theory too much so you might want to back it up with the other two you have mentioned or get Barry Guitar's book on Stuttering: Nature and Integrated Approaches (2005). Child and Adolescent Treatment by Ramig guide is great - I've used it for some really tricky clients. The Source for Stuttering - I've got the one for School Age Students by Yaruss and it has a lot of useful info and is more multidimensional in its approach. Hope that helps - for other texts on Fluency treatments, refer to Conture and Curlee (2008) or Guitar and Mcauley (2009), these text evaluate the evidence behind certain approaches worldwide. Hope that helps!!
