I would suggest purchasing a copy of "Targeting Intelligible Speech" by Hodson and Paden, which explains the cycles approach. I looked on Amazon.com, and you can buy it new or used starting at about $36. This is the only "manual" for the Cycles Approach I know of. If anyone else has another source, please let me know.
Also, if
you look under the Materials Exchange heading at this website, there is an outline which helps figure out treatment targets. Hope this helps.
