I need some recommendations on what to do with this student. 1) Suspect childhood apraxia with this 5th grader, 2) highly unintelligible, 3) consistent artic. errors on /l/, "th", /r/, speech breaks down in 2 syllables words, is great with initial /l/ in CVC words as I have been targeting this all year. My question is...should I move on to /l/ multisyllable words, or final/middle /l/ at CVC word level, or target initial "th" or /r/ in CVC words to clear up these other artic. errors, then move on to more complex structures? Please help! Any thoughts?
