I have worked on an tongue thrust/lisp for awhile now (completed a tongue thrust program) and the young boy is still thrusting his tongue forward in initial position. I am combining an oral motor program (OM-MATS) and practicing words. I am at a loss. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!! Helaine
