Help! Receptive Language game for a non-speech 20yr old with learning difficulties.

I am a student working with a 20 year old who is apraxic and has receptive lang of 3-4 word level (5 yr old). My tutor has asked me to think of a very stimulating and fun game which is age appropriate and will assess his language (diagnostic intervention apprach). Please help, I have very limited experience and have only met him once. I feel under pressure to think of something he will really enjoy, but I have little resources! Thank you.
