A few years ago I attended a worksop by Secord and got all the info, including a CD-ROM. I recall leaving the workshop very fired up about doing classroom-based assessments but didn't have the time to implement them and now when I look at the materials they don't make much sense to me. The "manual" is hard to follow, even with my notes. So I suppose the moral here is CPA by Secord and Wiig is great information to use but you really need to use it right away or the information gets a bit lost.
