Wayne Secord has a tool that he and Elizabeth Wiig created called the CPA, Classroom Performance Assessment. He came to our board to present it, and its ALOT of info, but basically it is a tool for interviewing and refining the info you need. He ties it into the curriculum as well. I am pretty sure it's only applicable to language assessments though.
