I highly recommend the therapy book - 50 Great Activities for Children Who Stutter - by Peter Reitzes. You can get it for $54 from Pro-ed. It's got excellent therapy ideas for both the motor aspect of stuttering as well as the harded to do attitudinal/emotional level as well as cognitive level of stuttering therapy. I'd say it's a must buy for anyone with the money in their school budget :)
