Phonological Awareness materials??

Any suggestions on some good materials to use to teach phonological awareness skills? I'd like to find something that would work well in a collaborative model with regular ed teachers. I saw a couple books in SuperDuper, but it's hard to tell if they will be useful. Thanks!
