125 Ways to be a Better Test Taker?

Has anyone used the book from Linquisystems "125 Ways to be a Better Test TAker"? I'm looking for a resource on study skills/test taking for 6-8 graders. I have lots of students with study skills on their IEPs and I am co-teaching with the special ed teacher. Any ideas for resources? Is this linquisystem one any good?
