If you can get Boardmaker, go for it! It is invaluable for all the visuals that help kids with autism get thru their day. Also, find out what your students love for sensory issues--does Johnny love visual stimulation? Does Susie do anything for deep pressure? Does Bobby enjoy rubbing textured items?--and get stim toys and materials that feed into that. These items make great motivators.
