I think I can suggest something to help you out. Maybe you can have those plants cut down. Then, you can use parts of it into useful materials. Banana Trunk contains fiber for paper or cloth. It can also heal wounds.
Im just a junior student from Lopez National Comprehensive High School in the Philippines. We are using banana trunk for our science investigatory project. And we've found out that Banana Trunk Extract can be turned into an ointment wherein, if applied to a wound, will fasten the blood clotting.
