Trying to do some training to possibly open some old and new eyes on what is going on right under our noses and to be more observant and get into an inmates business more. The Question I have is could everyone share a unauthorized business they have either heard about or busted that these inmates are doing in the dorms, cells, work areas. Lets hear about some I would not even think about. Thanks in advance.

The biggest problem I have on my unit is tatooing. They are getting more inventive on how to find a power source. Pierce there at middleton you need to look in the lights of the shower areas and the security lighting in the dorms. They can and will crawl up the wall to get to the power source. Another is doing legal work for other offenders to include filing grievances for other offenders. Then there is always good ole extortion.
