don't know about specific numbers of MM in the seguin area,but according to one central texas LE source the MM's upper echelon (herbie) issued a directive a few years ago stating that the MM should try to establish operations in smaller communities around texas. they seem to be banking on the fact that these smaller towns have less sophisticated LE practices and are less "hip" to the whole prison gang thing. the source has been pretty accurate in the past.
