Ask Ms. Denner: gang issues

gang issues

I would like to know what TJDO and Ms. Denner think are the biggest issues that involve stgs now. Is it lack of experience within the STGMO and the unit STGO's, gangs being out of control, or that the unit admins could careless about gangs? I would also like to hear others views on this. Thanks
