Since you started to open the box I will open it the entire way and then close it.
First of all it is not unethical to ask for the tape and compensate for it. Anything that you have and is your the compnay will compensate you for its use
Second of all I have nothing against the state or the STGMO. No axes to grind no ill feelings not at all, for what? I won my case and have moved on.I don't think I have bad mouth the agency at all...should I have? Since I do not work for the agency I can say what I want and when I want with no fear of repurcussions. It ain't my fault that there there are no more gang people who remember some of the past history within the agency.
this site doesn't put out any more information that other gang sites...obviously you do not peruse the web or you would know what I am talking about. Have you seen some of these gang members facebook pages? Didn't think so. That is problem with the many now whether it is law enforcement or STG not everything is confidential. These groups know alot more that we give them credit for and they know more of what is going on the unit than the warden in some cases. How do you know that some you have shared "confidential" gang info with are not affiliated or have run and told all you said? You don't do you?
Lastly: I advocate that people know and learn about gangs and how they work. it isn't about how many Attach A's you submit it is how you manage gangs, how you monitor them, knowing who they are and understanding them..bottom line. So get off my tip and get to work, you have a gang problem not a Ms. Denner problem.
