Part of my point is the person was not airing dirty laundry. That is no secret and really I don't think anyone gives a rats tail about it. His viewpoint isn't changing anything he just aired his point. Secondly neither one of us knows the whole story..what if he had done the chain of command and nothing happened. I am not saying he is right or wrong but I can not see what the big deal about him putting that on site is about.

I am sure there are bigger issues out there than this and some of those I have not posted but talked on personal level with the poster about them.
