Everyone knows the chain of command..but sometimes links in that chain get broken.

My question is why you all act like homeboy put some really personal business out in the streets? You are missing the point..it should not take a month for an Att A to be taken care at the final level or even at the regional level. If it takes that long then someone doesn't know what to look for or they don't know what they are looking at.
