It seems rare that people discuss the idea that not all members of tangos are blasters. Law enforcement knows that to be the case, at least according to DPS, so why do all tango members get painted with the blaster brush?

An additional question - what do you see as the advantage to a constitution for these organizations? I ask the question because it seems so few STG members really follow through on their commitments as outlined in those constitutions...
