When a bunch of us went to see Chad Morgenthaler speak, I think we all learned some interesting tidbits...for me personally it was some things to do (or not do) when retrieving a jig as well as some ideas for spinnerbait customization. At Walker's seminar he never really got into that level of detail, which is what I crave. Thus the seminar left me unsated
Plus there was this REALLY annoying guy asking obvious question after obvious question (So for clear water, that's when finesse baits tend to work best?) (So, when you fish a jig with a craw trailer, it's supposed to look like a crawdad?) The whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth but maybe it wasn't DW's fault...I shouldn't have been so eager to smacktalk him. If I ever get to that level of prowess I'll be doing pretty well.
