i have been warned that MOST hotels do not allow "guest" to rooms if not registered could anyone advice me if this it true.i am to stay at doubletree in miraflores......very reasonable rate one friend advized to saty at marriott or las Americanas where thethis would not be a problem but thier rates are around 200$/night
