Why didn't I receive the form submission email?

Because you never entered your email address correctly - in which case the email bounces to our address as it is directed to. This costs us more administrative time as we often use the forms for confirmations or to verify who you are. Thanks for being careful when entering your email in the form. It is possible that your form submission was never received - due to some mysterious unexplained computer internet glitch.
