i had the answer saved in my pc before i format it sorry.. but maybe i can give you headlines
it was all about the settings of the realplayer.
you just wanna to go to programm files and real then devices there somewhere you find the dll. you have to copy and paste it in the same folder and rename it to dll.6842.
maybe this works .. try it.
