I could make a simple design for you. Look at http://starlightstables.cwahi.net and see if you like how it's set up. I would also recommend cwahi.net over pretty much anything else, they're an amazing free host. As far as photo editing software goes, there are some AMAZING options out there. If you're willing to download something, GIMP has pretty much all the functions of something like Photoshop, but it's free. If you don't want to download anything, there are a ton of great websites out there - Picnik.com is a good one. If you look in the library section of the Equine Revolution forum (http://equinerevolution.proboards.com) I've put a lot of useful links to sites that do things like that up (you don't need an account to see that, our library is accessible to everyone).
