That would be Equine Revolution, of course!
ER is a newer game, established in April 2009, and is a perfect place for you if you like the structure of a game but the freedom of all-sim. With the ability to start a barn right away, own an unlimited number of horses, no member levels, and no money, ER has just enough structure to make it fun, but not so much that players get stressed out. Officers are players first, and generally you wouldn't even guess they were officers. Diversity is encouraged, but if you want to focus on just one thing, you can do that too.
Come enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, where drama is non-existent. Equine Revolution is truly a different breed of sim.
