Pets and Farm Animals?

I was wondering if there were any small pets or farm animals being bred around sim, and more speicfically if there were any currently available to be adopted? By pets I mean cats, guinea pigs, fish, ect. Dogs too, I suppose. And by farm animals of course anything besides the ever popular horse, hehe. Thanks for any info!
