It would depend on the rules. Probably, I have a few non-NCC dogs. In case you didn't know, the Nordic Canine Club (NCC) is the only pure and longest lasting dog game I know of. There are a few fairly unsuccessful allsim kennel clubs at the moment, so you'd have to do more advertising than just posting around here, WF and SAI to get enough real interest. You'd also probably have to have a website and not just a proboards site. Websites say you've put more time and commitment into it than just a message board. Good luck with it if you do decide to push forward. As I said, you would probably find me there.
