One thing I'm dying to see: A results tracker with points that is capable of monitoring how many shows/classes a horse is in. With automated sims, there are horses with 83819847 points and it's really unrealistic. I guess overall I am looking for a REALISTIC automated sim. 
I think that realistic breeding would be cool too, genetics and conformation and stuff affecting showmanship.
One thing I'd pay for: I'm not sure. I've paid for a barn before, which I think is cool. I like the games, however, where you CAN have a small barn, just as they get larger or if you want more features, pay for it. I'm not opposed to paying $10 to support a REALLY good game. But it all depends on the game, the people I'm playing with and who runs it, I believe. I wouldn't put money in a game I disliked.
