godaddy is now about $4 a month to host BUT when you register your domain/renew it and purchase hosting at the same time, it's only $1.99 for the domain.. I have a TON of stuff stored on my godaddy account.. and I haven't used but like 1% of bandwidth & 1% of space on my site.. as long as you aren't planning on setting up subdomains for other people/hosting, godaddy is good, I've had NO problems with them
